Mushrooms Romanoff (Russell's, Of Course)
1/4 cup butter
16 medium mushrooms, stems removed
1/8 tsp garlic salt
1/8 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
2 - 3 tbsp. grated or shredded Parmesan cheese
Melt butter in saute' pan over medium heat. Add mushrooms and garlic salt, stirring constantly until mushrooms are slightly softened. Add sherry and cook for 1 minute stirring constantly. Remove mushrooms from pan and top with remaining sherry and the Parmesan cheese.
