4 cups cooked chicken, cut into bite-size chunks
1/2 cup butter
8 T flour
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup milk
4 chicken bullion cubes
4 hard boiled eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan, remove from heat.
Blend flour into melted butter, stirring until smooth.
Over low heat, gradually stir in chicken broth, maintaining smooth consistency. Continue to stir in 2 cups milk until sauce thickens.
Add bullion cubes, then chicken. Gently mix in hard boiled eggs.
Serve over toast points.

This is a thick white sauce with chicken and hard boiled eggs. Milk may be decreased slightly to maintain the desired consistency of sauce.
