1 pkg. egg roll wrappers (Kroger oriental section of produce dept)
1/4 lb. ground pork, pre-cooked
1/4 lb. ground chuck, pre-cooked
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 small onion, shredded
1 carrot, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
dash garlic salt
1/4 cup soy sauce, approximately
oil for frying

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together. Place 2-3 tablespoons of mixture on wrapper and fold per instructions on wrapping. Fry quickly on medium-high heat several minutes until crisp. Drain on paper towels. May be frozen. Serve with sweet and sour sauce, catsup, hot mustard, soy sauce or any other sauce you like.

Note: Other vegetables can be added into mixture, in various amounts according to taste. Such as, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, etc.. This will give various tastes, but all varieties are tasty.
