1 stick butter
1 1/4 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans or other nuts, chopped
1 - 8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of large cool whip, divided
2 boxes pistachio instant pudding
3 cups milk
cherries, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, flour and nuts with your fingers. Spread in sheet cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until lightly brown. Set aside to cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1/2 of cool whip together with mixer. Pour over crust. Combine 2 boxes of pistachio instant puddings with 3 cups milk and spread over cheese mixture. Cover with other 1/2 of cool whip. Let set for 3 or 4 hours. Garnish with cherries and nuts.
