1 lb chicken breasts (boneless skinless), 2 Tbls olive oil, 1 pkg taco seasoning, 1 onion (finely chopped), 1 clove garlic (minced), 1 15oz can stewed tomatoes, 1 4oz can green chilies (chopped), 1 1/2 cup water, 1 1/2 cup chicken broth, 4 8 oz cans of green chili salsa (salsa verde can be used), 1 can black beans, 1 can pinto beans. Serve with corn chips, cheddar cheese and avocado optional

Boil chicken in water and season to taste. Remove meat, cool and shred with a fork. In a large skillet or saucepan combine chicken, olive oil, taco seasoning, onion, and garlic. Cook until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and cook until thoroughly heated. Serve in individual bowls, tope with corn chips, shredded cheese and avocado.
