3 T. Olive Oil
1/4 c. Chopped Onions
1/4 c. Chopped Green Pepper
1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, sliced
2 c. Broccoli Flowerettes
1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
1 tsp. Oregano
1 lb. Smoked Sausage, sliced
3/4 c. Parmesan Cheese
Salt
Pepper
Cooked, buttered pasta

Directions:
Directions:
Stir-fry vegetables in olive oil over medium high heat until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes. Add Sausage. Cook over medium heat until sausage is heated through, about 5 minutes, stirring often. Mix and add 1/2 c. cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta with remaining cheese.
