1 cup canned pumpkin, 1 pkg vanilla instant pudding (6 serving size), 1 cup milk, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1 cup cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients and beat on low until slightly thickened and smooth. Pour in a baked pie shell. Ice top of pie with cool whip and sprinkle with pumpkin spice. This can also be served as a pumpkin mousse without putting it in the pie crust.

This is originally Genie's recipe taken over by Bezzie and then taken over by me. It is also a holiday favorite and I don't even like pumpkin pie.
