12 oz Tinkyada Gluten Free Macaroni Noodles
1/4 C chopped Onion
1 C Best Foods Mayonnaise
1/3 C chopped Dill Pickle
Salt
Pepper
Opt: Hard Boiled Eggs peeled and chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Add noodles to boiling water that has been salted with 2 tsp salt. Cook till tender then cook an additional 2-5 mins. Drain. Rinse with cold water, return noodles to pan and fill pan with cold water. Mix remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add drained noodles and toss gently to mix. Refrigerate at least 4 hours for best flavor.
