2 packages pork sausage
Cornmeal -approximately 3 cups
Broth (from cooking sausage)
salt or poultry seasoning

Cover Sausage with water and cook until done. Add one cup water and 2 cups cornmeal and then add to meat.

Spray loaf pan, press in. Slice and fry.

This is something I grew up on. It wasn't served often, and I can't even say I loved it as a kid. But it was an old Czech recipe that was passed down and served often with jitrnice. I love it now and am happy to add it to my favorites collection.
