2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. tepid water
1 c. scalded milk, cooled
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. melted butter
1 beaten egg
4 1/2 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Combine milk, salt, sugar, butter and egg. Add yeast. Gradually add in the first 3 cups of flour. Add the rest of the flour as needed. Keep warm to get done in one hour. Form into rolls and let rise. Bake at 425º 8-10 min.
