Ground Pepper-1/2 Cup,
Paprika- 1/4 Cup,
New Mexico Red Chili- 3 Table Spoons,
Cayenne Pepper- 2 Table Spoons,
Garlic Powder- 2 Table Spoons,
Ground Cumin- 1 Table Spoon,
Dried Oregano- 1 Table Spoon,
Dried Thyme- 1 Table Spoon

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and rub into a meat of choice (chicken, fish, steak). Preferably T-Bone Steak or any large steak!

I prefer with a thick steak and rub smeared through out. I've also had it on lobster! Quick, easy, and delicious!

I recommend to BBQ the steak when you do it.
