10 oz boxed pkg Frozen Chopped Spinach
8 oz pkg Cream Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Directions:
Thaw spinach and bring cream cheese to room temperature. With chopped spinach still in the box, remove paper from box then over sink squeeze box to get rid of liquid. Put drained chopped spinach, cream cheese and garlic into mixing bowl. Beat with mixer adding additional garlic if desired.

Thin with soy milk and serve with raw broccoli and cauliflower or without thinning spread a dallop in center of each thin slice ham from 12 oz pkg and roll up placing seam side down on serving platter.
