1 stick of butter or margarine
2 1/2 lbs. (3 large) Vidalia onions cut in bite size pieces
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/4 cups grated Parmesan Cheese: divided
1 cup seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in butter slowly until tender. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream, 1 cup cheese, and bread crumbs. Scrape into baking dish and top with remaining cheese.

Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until brown in 350º
