1 T plus 1/2 cup butter(no substitutes)
2 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
2 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup whipping cream
16 oz white chocolate
2 cups chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9 x 9 pan with foil, grease the foil with 1/2 T butter. Set aside. With the other 1/2 T butter, grease sides of large heavy saucepan. Cut remaining butter into small pieces and place in large heat proof bowl. Add marshmallows and set aside.
In saucepan, combine sugar and cream. Cook on med heat and stir to 234º(soft ball stage). Remove from heat and pour over butter and marshmallows. Stir until melted. Add chocolate, stir until melted. Stir in nuts and vanilla. Pour into pan.Chill, cut into pieces and store in airtight container.

Always cook your fudge on medium heat. This takes longer but your fudges will not scorch. It is worth the extra time.
