Dressing:
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp Apple Cider vinegar
1/4 c. vegetable oil
dash red pepper sauce
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
Shake ingredients in a jar and refrigerate

Salad:
1/2 head of iceberg lettuce torn in small pieces
1 stalk of romaine lettuce heart sliced
1 c. celery sliced
2-4 stalks of green onion chopped

Toppings:
1 can chilled (11 oz.) Mandarin Oranges, drained
Honey Roasted sliced almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients to make dressing.

Combine ingredients to make salad.

Put dressing on salad about 5-10 minutes before serving. Toss well to coat all lettuce. Garnish with oranges and almonds on top.
