2 c green chile - chopped, add salt & garlic powder
1/4 c onions - chopped

Blend 1 cup green chile and 1/4 cup onions in blender, transfer to pot with remainder 1 cup green chile and heat before serving on grilled burgers or sandwiches, pour on grilled burger then add your cheese to melt.

Great as a topping on grilled burgers. With new mexico chile, you can make it hot or mild.
