1 large box graham crackers
2 - 3 oz. Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
1 - 9 oz. cool whip
1 can ready to spread chocolate frosting.

Line bottom of 9x13 glass pan with graham crackers. Beat pudding with milk until thick. Fold in whip cream topping. Spread 1/2 of pudding mixture over graham cracker layer. Put another layer of graham crackers. Spread rest of pudding mixture graham cracker layer. Another layer of graham cracks on top. Ice the top with chocolate frosting. Let chill in refrigerator until ready to serve.

Quick and easy dessert that was a favorite for Conor and Annie. Was able to substitute with sugar free pudding and skipped 1/2 of the icing. Nice low-calorie dessert.
