20 oz. frozen corn
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/4 cup chopped green onion
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
1 tsp salt
1 can evaporated milk
dash pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Add chopped onion to corn in 2 quart saucepan and cook in small amount of water over medium heat until corn is hot and onion is tender. Drain well. In medium size bowl, mix slightly beaten eggs, salt, pepper 3/4 cup shredded cheese, evaporated milk, bread crumbs, and corn mixture. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese. Bake 35-40 min,. until lightly browned.
