1 large Granny Smith apple, unpeeled, cored and diced
8 cups silvered cabbage
1/2 c raisins
1 T mayonnaise
4 T plain low-fat yogurt or sour cream
1/2 c apple cider vinegar
2 T olive oil
6 packets Sweet & Low
1 tsp celery seed
1 tsp sale
Freshly ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place apples, cabbage and raisins in salad bowl. Combine remainder of ingredients and pour over cabbage mixture; toss well. Place in air-tight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
