Ingredients:  
3 boneless chicken breasts and 2 boneless chicken thighs or use all breasts, cut into strips
1 jar salsa
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2- 1 c. water
1 pkg. frozen corn ( small bag)
1 can black beans
1/4 c. brown sugar
garlic, sea salt, and pepper to taste
1 pkg. soft flour tortilla shells
tomatoes
lettuce
cheese
onion
Tostita chips
sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Place first eight ingredients in crock pot; cook on high for three hours and on low for two hours. Chop lettuce, tomatoes, and onions. Place a small amount of olive oil in frying pan and heat tortilla shells for 1 minute per side. Fill with chicken and add rest of ingredients as desired. This is excellent served over Krusteaz honey cornbread instead of using the shells.
