2 C. flour
1/4 C. nonfat dry milk
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 T. lard
3/4 C. warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Stir together flour, milk, baking powder, salt. Cut in lard to resemble coarse crumbs. Stir in water. Knead 10-12 times. Cover and let rest 10 minutes. Roll out on floured board and cut in squares about 1/4 to 1/2" inch thick. Fry in very hot oil till golden brown, about 1 1/2 minutes. Drain on absorbent paper.
