12 oz. Spaghetti noodles
1/2 cup butter
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan
3 eggs - well beaten
2 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
2-15oz. cans tomato sauce
2-6 oz cans tomato paste
2 tsp sugar
1/3 cup water
1 T. Oregano
garlic salt
Basil
salt
2 cups sour cream
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti al dente; drain. Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs. Chop well with knife and fork; form into a crust in 2 buttered 10 inch pie plates. Let cool.
Cook ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Stir in tomato sauce and paste, sugar, water and other seasonings. Heat through. Spread sour cream on bottom of spaghetti crusts. Fill pies with meat sauce. Cover with mozzarella. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
