3 lbs. shrimp (cooked and cleaned)
1 tsp salt
1 cup bread crumbs
Dash cayenne pepper
1 clove garlic chopped
Dash of Paprika
3/4 lb. Butter
4 T. minced Parsley
1/2 cup Sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Mix salt and garlic. Cream butter, add garlic and salt, bread crumbs, seasonings, parsley and sherry. In buttered casserole, place 1 layer of shrimp, 1 layer of bread mixture, shrimp, bread, shrimp, bread. Bake in hot oven, 425 degrees, for 20-25 minutes.
