3 C. sugar
6 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 T. vinegar
1 T. cornmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs and cream well. Add vinegar and cornmeal and beat 1 minute. Add vanilla and pour into 9" unbaked pastry shell.

Bake 300º for 10 minutes and then reduce to 350º for about 45 minutes til knife inserted in center comes out clean.
