1 package Jimmy Dean Ground Sausage (hot)
1 small chopped onion
2-4 T Flour
2-4 cups Evaporated Milk and water (equal parts of each)
Salt, pepper, goya, garlic and red pepper flakes to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the sausage with onions and seasonings then put in a couple of tablespoons of flour. Once the grease from the sausage absorbs the flour, slowly stir in the evaporated milk and water mixture. It will gradually get thicker.

My mom and Grandma Trujillo made the best gravy and enchilada sauce in the world! So once you master this technique (it took me a couple of tries) you will have graduated into the elite class of Trujillo cooks!
