Crust: 1 cup bread crumbs
1 cup Parmesan cheese - grated
1/2 cup butter - melted
Filling:
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion - chopped
1/2 cup green pepper - chopped
2 Tbsp. garlic - minced
1/2 cup red pepper
2 Tbsp. Creole Seasoning
salt and pepper to taste

1 lb. crawfish tails (or shrimp/crab)
2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
1 or 2 dashes Tabasco sauce

4 eggs
28 oz. cream cheese
1 cup grated Gouda cheese
1/2 cup heavy cream












Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Mix ingredients for crust and press into 9" springform pan.
Sauté the first seven ingredients for the filling until clear.
Mix crawfish, Worcestershire & Tabasco into onion mixture.
Mix well eggs, cheeses, and cream and add to crawfish mixture.
Bake 1 hour in preheated oven. Cool to room temperature before serving.
