2 lbs Chicken wings
2 T flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. each of dried garlic, onion and thyme
mix above together, toss wings to coat. Spread in single layer on cookie sheet. Roast for 45 min. in 500 oven turning once or twice, until browned and crispy.
In bowl add:
2 1/2 T Franks red hot sauce and
2 T melted butter
1 tsp. jerk paste
Add cooked wings, mix, and serve.
