2 TBSP olive oil
2 medium onions - diced
4 large garlic cloves - minced
4 tsp chili powder
2 tsp dried oregano
2 (28oz) cans crushed tomatoes (don't drain)
1 (16oz) package frozen corn
1 quart chicken broth
2 (4oz) cans green chilies - chopped
2 (15.5oz) cans black beans - drained and rinsed
4 cups shredded cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
tortilla chips to serve on top

Directions:
Directions:
heat oil in large soup kettle over medium heat. add onions, saute till tender. add garlic cloves, chili powder, and oregano: saute 1 minute longer. add tomatoes, broth, corn, chilies, beans, and chicken - bring to a simmer. simmer partially covered for 20 minutes to blend flavors. top with tortilla chips or fritos to serve.
