2.5 lb pkg of frozen chicken wings unthawed
1/2 C Gluten Free Soy Sauce or Tamari
1/2 C Canola OIl
2 T Brown Sugar
2 T Apple Cider Vinegar
2 T Onions chopped or 1 Bunch Green Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in large tupperware container with lid or in oblong glass baking dish. Cover. Marinade overnight and the next day. Cook on barbeque or broil pieces on oiled broiling pan or on rack placed on foil lined cookie sheet. Turn half way through cooking time. Cook approximately 10 minutes per side.

Dad would take to chopping a whole chicken into bite size pieces, in the galley, using a Chinese meat cleaver and spewing innards everywhere before marinating.
