1 onion (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1 tbsp. rinsed capers
1 cup StoveTop herb stuffing mix
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup half & half
Old Bay Spice to taste

Mix all together, bake uncovered, & stir a couple of times while it's baking. I like mine a bit crunchy.

Bake @375 for 45 minutes.

This recipe has Fran all over it. We served this at a luncheon for our Garden Club & everyone wanted this recipe because it is so easy to make & it tastes like crab cakes, but aren't fried. Serve with a salad.
