2 pkgs. boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in half
flour
salt and pepper, to taste
olive oil
1 bottle of General Tsao's Sauce, found in the chinese section
rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken thighs in half; dredge in flour, salt and pepper. Cook chicken in small amount of olive oil in a non-stick skillet. Cook chicken in batches, adding more olive oil as needed. Pour sauce over chicken. Cover and simmer. Spoon over rice.
