2 c. Bisquick (baking mix)
2 tbsp. sugar
1 egg
2/3 c. water or milk
1 c. cut up dates

Directions:
Heat over to 400º grease bottom of 12 medium muffin cups or use paper baking cups. Mix baking mix, sugar, eggs and water. Beat generously 30 seconds. Stir in dates. Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown 15 minutes at 425º
