Ingredients:  
1 Whole Chicken or substitute with 1-2 lbs. Chicken Breast
1 can Rotel Tomatoes (2 if you like it spicy!)
1 lb. uncooked Spaghetti
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 lb. Velvetta Cheese
2 Chicken Boullion Cubes
1 Onion (chopped)
1 Bellpepper (chopped)
1 can of sliced Mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken in 1/2 pot of water with 2 boullion cubes until Chicken is done. Remove Chicken and set aside to cool. Once cool shred and set aside.
Boil Spaghetti in Chicken Broth until done.
Add remaining ingredients except Chicken & Velvetta.
Cook on low heat until onion & green pepper is done.
Add Chicken & Velvetta, cook over low heat until cheese is melted, stirring occasionally.
Put in Casserole dish and bake 20-30 min.
