Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground turkey or chicken
2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
2 lg eggs
1 TB onion flakes
1 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
2 tsp pepper
2 tsp salt
1/2 Italian bread crumbs (or plain)
1 TB parsley flakes
1/4 c. parmesean cheese
1/3 c half & half (or canned milk)
1 can of mushrooms (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Spray the crockpot with Pam to prevent sticking.
Add all the ingredients together and mix well. If the misture is too dry, add small amounts of milk until the mixture is moist but not wet. Roll into meatballs (size is your preference but don't go too small or meatballs will dry out in crockpot). Brown the meatballs in a skillet before adding to the crockpot. Brown slightly, do not overcook them, you are only creating a crust for taste and firmness).
