3 lbs. ground turkey
3 slices crumbled bread
3 eggs
1/2 can grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sundried tomatoes
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
1 onion chopped
fresh parsley
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
sauce:
1/2 jar red currant jelly
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 cup catsup

Directions:

Mix meatloaf ingredients. Separate into 2 loaves and place in bread pans. Pour sauce over the meatloaves. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hours.
