4 to 5 pound brisket
1/4 cup liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
Place brisket on a large piece of aluminum foil.

Sprinkle generous with liquid smoke and seasonings. Wrap well and put in crock-pot.

Cover and cook on low 8 to 12 hours.
