1 lb. pasteurized processed cheese spread (Velveeta)
1 can (10 oz.) RO*TEL Tomatoes & Green Chilies

1 lb. hamburger meat, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into small cubes. Add all ingredients to crock-pot set on "Low."

Stir occasionally until cheese spread is melted.

Note: For a change of pace, brown 1 pound of ground beef in a saucepan. Drain meat and add to crock-pot after cheese is melted.
