1 jar (10 oz.) pickled jalapeņo peppers, drained, seeded, chopped
1 bottle + 1/3 bottle apple juice
1 drop green food coloring
4 cups sugar
1 pouch fruit pectin
2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Place peppers in blender and chop peppers (on & off pulse). Remove all from blender. Put in bowl. Add apple juice, sugar and coloring. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir 1 or 2 times. Mix pectin and vinegar. Add to mixture and stir 3 minutes until no longer grainy. Put in jars and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. It's ready to put in freezer or will keep in refrigerator for 3 weeks or freezer for 1 year.
