1 lb. Ground Turkey Breast White Meat Only
1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
1 Red Bell Pepper - Diced
1/2 c. Green Onions - Sliced
1 1/2 tbsp. Ginger Root - Finely Grated
3 Cloves Garlic - Minced
1 tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1/3 c. Hoisin Sauce
1/4 c. Sliced Almonds - Toasted
8 Iceberg Lettuce Leaves - Washed, Dried, Chilled

Directions:
Directions:
Saute' bell pepper in vegetable oil for two (2) minutes. Add turkey, green onions, ginger, red pepper flakes and garlic. Stir while cooking for five (5) minutes, until turkey is no longer pink.

Add soy sauce and hoisin sauce. Heat thoroughly for one (1) minute.

Place 1/8th of turkey mixture into each lettuce leaf. Roll up tightly and serve immediately.
