5 lbs. red potatoes
12 eggs (hard boiled), chopped
1 large onion, diced
1 lb. bacon, diced and fried
celery seed, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with peeling on. Take out of water and let stand overnight or let cool to room temperature. In a large bowl, peel and dice potatoes. Add onion, eggs, salt, pepper and celery seed to the potatoes. After bacon is cooked, add sugar and vinegar to the bacon and bacon grease. Pour over potatoes and mix gently.
