Ingredients:  
1 can whole kernel corn (with juice)
1 can cream style corn
1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup sour cream
1 cup grated sharp cheddar
1 stick margarine
1 large onion, chopped
1 large green bell pepper, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Saute margarine, onion and bell pepper till soft. Set aside. In large bowl, mix corns, muffin mix and eggs well. Pour into a 9X13 pan. Spread sautéed mixture over top. Spoon sour cream in chunks on top of sautéed mix. Just before baking, spread top with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
