1 cup butter (softened)
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
4 cups + 4 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tarter
Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, powdered sugar and sugar and set aside. Add oil and vanilla; blend. Combine flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tarter. Add to mixture. Chill 1/2 hour or longer. Roll into small balls. Press on cookie sheet with glass dipped in butter and sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Delicious!
