1 1/2# pork tenderloin, cut into 3/4 inch cubes
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 ts chili powder
6 soft sandwich rolls, split
6 pickle slices

Directions:
Directions:
Place port, barbecue sauce, onion, and chili powder in 6 qt slow cooker, mix well. Cover and cook until pork is fork tender, 3 - 4 hours on high or 6 - 8 hours on low.

With two forks, shred the pork. Fill each roll with 1/2 c pork mixture; serve with pickles.
