1/2 c. dried breadcrumbs
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 T. finely chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 tsp. finely chopped garlic
6 (4-oz) boneless skinless chicken breast

Directions:

1. Heat oven to 375º F. Combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley pepper and salt in shallow bowl; set aside.

2. Combine butter and garlic in 9-in. pie pan. Dip 1 chicken breast at a time into butter mixture; place into breadcrumb mixture, turning to coat evenly. Place chicken breasts into ungreased 13x9-in baking pan. Drizzle with any remaining butter mixture.

3. Bake for 25 to 35 mins or until chicken is lightly browned and juices run clear when pierced with fork.

Tip: For flavor variations try mixing 1/2 tsp. dried herbs, such as rosemary or sage into melted butter mixture.
