1 c. sugar
1 lemon
3 T. corn starch
2 eggs
1 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Dilute corn starch in cold water. Add sugar, butter and grated rind and juice of lemon into a pan - add corn starch. Cook ten minutes. Then add egg yolks beaten. Cook until thickens and pour into pie crust.

For meringue, add 1 T. sugar to each egg white. Beat until they will stand.
