1 C. ripe olives, sliced
1 small onion
1/2 large or 1 small green pepper
3 T. buitter
3 T. flour
Dash cayenne
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp.dry mustard
1 1/2 C. milk
3/4 to 1 C. shredded American cheese
2 cans hominy
1 C. bread crumbs (Little butter to moisten)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown onion, green pepper in butter. Add flour, pepper, salt, mustard. Add milk and cheese and stir until thick. Add olives. Drain hominy and put in 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Pour sauce over and mix with fork. Sprinkle bread crumbs over and bake at 375º for 30 minutes.
