1/2 to 1 lb. Soup meat, stew meat works well
1 onion, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes, you can use fresh
A lot of water
4 potatoes
6 carrots
1 bell pepper
6 stalks celery
1 cup of macaroni
Any other vegetable you might like!

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat in a "lot of water" with salt, pepper, onions and tomatoes until the meat "cooks to pieces", or is tender. Add potatoes, carrots, bell pepper, celery, and other vegetable you like. Cook over low heat until all vegetables are tender. Last 15 minutes add macaroni.
