1 can regular (not pickled) beets, sliced
1 onion
sugar, about 1/4 C.
vinegar, "enough to make them tart"

Directions:
Directions:
Open the can of beets and place in a bowl with about half of the juice in can. Quarter the onion and add to beets. Add sugar and vinegar and stir until sugar is dissolved. Refrigerate til cold.
