2 cups of flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Butter
1 Egg
1 can of Raisin Pie Filling

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl combine first 4 ingredients. Using your hands rub together until it forms a crumble. Beat one egg with a fork in a separate bowl and then mix lightly into the crumb mixture using the fork.
Line a 9x9 pan with 1/2 of the mixture. Add Raisin Pie filling (or any favorite pie filling). Cover with the remaining crumbs. Bake at 350º for 30-35 min or until golden brown. Can make a double recipe on a cookie sheet.
