1/4 c butter/margarine
1/4 c flour
1 1/2 c milk
1 c. diced cooked turkey ( could be roast beef too)
2 Tbsp minced celery
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp prepared mustard
1 c cooked peas and carrots

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan melt butter, stir in flour. Gradually stir in milk, cook stirring until thickened and smooth. Add meat, celery, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and veggies. Heat thoroughly. Serve on toast or noodles.
